2024-25 7-Hour USPAP® Update Course Student Manual
The 7-Hour USPAP® course provides continuing education on USPAP® for licensed appraisers. This Student Manual, along with USPAP® and the USPAP® Guidance and Reference Manual (GRM), are required materials for taking the Foundation’s in-person or synchronous 7-Hour USPAP® Course.
There are three versions of the manual, which correspond with the respective 7-Hour Course: National (Real Property), Personal Property, or Mass Appraisal.
