USPAP® Guidance and Reference Manual
The USPAP® Guidance and Reference Manual (GRM) contains Advisory Opinions (AOs), Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), and a Reference Index for navigating USPAP® and USPAP®-related questions. The AOs and FAQs were previously published within USPAP®, but as of 2024, were broken out into this separate publication. The GRM, along with USPAP®, are required materials for students taking the 7-Hour or 15-Hour courses.
The GRM is updated and re-editioned on an as-needed basis, as determined by the Appraisal Standards Board of The Appraisal Foundation®. The current edition is the 2024 edition.
